THE WORLD'S SIMPLEST SKYR DESSERT

This is possibly the simplest dessert cake in the world and takes just a few minutes to prepare, and it's absolutely delicious! If you want to make it even juicier, you can add chopped dark chocolate on top or a good caramel sauce.

Recipe makes 4 glasses

Ingredients
100 g dark chocolate (crushed)
4 x Ísey Skyr AIR with salted caramel
150 ml whipped cream

Method
Place a full tablespoon of crushed chocolate in the bottom of a glass.
Next, you put 1 cup of Ísey Skyr Air over the biscuit
And finally you can divide the whipped cream between the glasses and top with a little more crushed chocolate
