Grilled pineapple with frozen Skyr and caramel sauce
For 6 people
Ingredients:
6 slices of fresh pineapple
Cream
250 g Ísey Skyr vanilla
Cinnamon
Toasted coconut flakes
Caramel sauce
Method:
- Whip the cream until stiff and mix in the Skyr. Place the mixture in the freezer while you grill the pineapple.
- Cut the pineapple into 1-2 cm thick slices, or as much as you like and grill until it is grilled soft.
- Place one scoop of the frozen Skyr on top of each slice, sprinkle cinnamon over each slice along with toasted coconut flakes.
- Pour caramel sauce over each slice and enjoy.
