SKYR SNACK

Ingredients (one serving)
250 g Ísey Skyr plain or vanilla
1 tablespoon peanut butter or 10 g
1 tablespoon syrup or 10 g
100 g frozen berries


Method
1. Blend the skyr, peanut butter and syrup together in a bowl.
2. If you use Ísey Skyr vanilla you don’t need the syrup.
3. Add baking paper to the bottom of a bowl or dish and distribute the blend evenly. over. Try to have the blend not too thick. 5 mm is optimal.
4. Add the raspberries on top and put them into the freezer for 2-3 hours.
5. Take the recipe out and cut into small pieces,
6. It is good to wait for few minutes and then ready.
