Ísey Skyr Bowl with Blueberries
(For 1-2 persons)
Ingredients
- 100 g frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 60 ml almond milk or regular milk
- 100 g plain skyr
Topping
- Granola
- Coconut flakes
- Fresh blueberries
Method
- Put all ingredients into a blender and mix well together.
2. Pour into a bowl and add on top; granola, roasted coconut flakes and fresh blueberries.
