Custard toast with Ísey Skyr
Ingredients:
1 egg
3 tbs Ísey vanilla skyr
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
Strawberries
Blueberries
Topping:
Honey
Powdered sugar
Directions
- Turn on the oven and set to 200°C, and add baking paper to the oven tray
- Stir egg, skyr, cinnamon and honey together in a bowl until well blended
- Make a hole at the center of each bread slice
- Add the skyr blend on top of each bread slice, add few sliced strawberries and blueberries on top of the skyr blend.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
- Serve with honey or/and powdered sugar over the bread
