Lemon Skyr Púff is cultured and concentrated dairy product, made from pasteurised skimmed milk. Whipped with nitrogen.

 

Ingredients:
Pasteurised skimmed milk, water, sugar (6%) , lemons (5%), cream (5%), gelatine, modified maize starch, emulsifier (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), thickening agent (pectin) , flavouring, lactase enzyme, skyr cultures.
